Terms and Conditions for Purchase:

In these terms and conditions, the "Company" will mean Eagle Wine Store and the "Customer" will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.


GENERAL

  • IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL ALCOHOL TO PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. BY PLACING AN ORDER, THE CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT HE/SHE IS 18 YEARS OLD OR ABOVE. THE CUSTOMER SHALL ENSURE THAT NO PERSON SHALL USE HIS/HER LOGIN TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL PRODUCTS.
  • THE COMPANY SHALL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT PRICES, DETAILS AND SIZES OF PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE UP TO DATE. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO COMPANY'S ACCEPTANCE AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND STOCK AVAILABILITY.
  • ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION OF FINAL AVAILABILITY AND WATSON'S WINE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE ORDER IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REQUESTED ARE UNAVAILABLE. IN THE EVENT THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN YOUR ORDER WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY PHONE OR EMAIL BEFORE YOUR REQUESTED DELIVERY DATE.
  • CUSTOMERS BUY 6 BOTTLES OR MORE OF WINE IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION WILL RECEIVE 10%-15% DISCOUNT ON ALL REGULAR-PRICED WINE INCLUDED IN THE TRANSACTION.


BREAKAGE:

  • When receiving the goods, the customer must check whether the ordered goods are damaged. If the goods are found to be damaged, please notify the customer service department immediately to arrange replacement of the goods. The company has the right to refuse to replace the goods that have been signed.


Exchange and refund:

  • If you find that the product is damaged or not in good condition when you receive it, you can contact the customer service department within 7 days to arrange a replacement product. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, we do not accept any request for replacement or order cancellation.
  • If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will refund the relevant payment.


PAYMENT TERMS:

  • All product prices listed are in HK dollars
  • Your offer to purchase made on www.eaglewinestore.com shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery.
  • Eagle Wine Store reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

PAYING CASH THROUGH OUR OFFICE CENTRE:

  • If you do not wish to pay online, you may place order first then visit our Office Centre anytime to pay Cash in Hong Kong Dollars and pick-up the wine or arrange delivery.
  • Your offer to purchase made on www.eaglewinestore.com shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive


ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY STRIPE:

  • Stripe is now a global in online payment solutions and is a worldwide acceptance way of online payment. It lets you use funds from your credit card (e.g. Visa , MasterCard , American Express ...) ; and you can use it with confidence: Your transactions are protected by Stripe's sophisticated fraud prevention system.


BANK TRANSFERS:

  • You may also choose to pay by bank transfer upon checkout but we will not ship your order until the funds are received into our account.
  • If you have an Bank Of China account, bank transfers are usually very quick (often immediate during business hours) but if you use another bank it can take three days or more before we receive the money. Please allow sufficient time for clearance.
  • If your order is urgent we recommend you use PayMe , FPS or a credit card as a bank transfer payment may be delayed.
  • Cross checking funds received via bank transfer takes time so please help us emailing us the bank transfer details including and include the order number and the amount paid. If no advice is sent to us your order may be delayed. Any payment advice received after 4:30pm cannot be not be processed for 24hrs.
